Yes. We ship internationally to select countries. Due to regulatory restrictions, not all destinations are currently available. If your preferred shipping location does not appear at checkout, please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com and we will be happy to check shipping options for you. 

At the moment, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are not included at checkout and will need to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. 

We are actively working towards offering upfront payment of these fees at checkout to provide an even smoother delivery experience in the future.

Yes! All Zeus orders are fully tracked. You’ll receive tracking notifications via email to keep you updated throughout your parcel’s journey.

If you're not home, Evri will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or make up to three delivery attempts. You can also divert your delivery to a ParcelShop or Locker via the Evri app.
