What is Zeus?

How is Zeus different from other snoring solutions?

Zeus works by addressing the root cause of most snoring which is loss of muscle tone in the tongue and throat during sleep.

Unlike mouthguards, mouth tape or nasal strips, Zeus does not sit in your mouth or block your nose. It is worn externally and works silently in the background.

Zeus does not mask symptoms. It supports the muscles that keep your airway open, offering a discreet, non invasive and clinically validated approach built on more than 15 years of research and development

Will Zeus work for me?

Zeus is designed for people whose snoring is caused by the tongue or throat relaxing during sleep. This is known as tongue based or throat based snoring and is one of the most common causes of snoring.

Zeus is not intended for snoring caused primarily by nasal blockage, allergies or congestion. If you are unsure about the cause of your snoring, we recommend speaking with your GP or a sleep specialist.

Will Zeus reduce my snoring right away?

For people with tongue or throat based snoring, Zeus begins working from the first night. Once switched on, the TENS stimulation activates the tongue muscle, helping prevent it from collapsing into the airway during sleep.

How do I know what type of snorer I am?

Tongue based snoring often happens when sleeping on your back and may be more common in people with a larger tongue.

Throat based snoring can occur in any sleeping position and is often associated with loud snoring, waking with a dry mouth or frequent night time awakenings.

If you are unsure, you can use an online snore assessment or speak with a healthcare professional for personalised advice.

Who is Zeus NOT suitable for?

Zeus is not suitable if any of the following apply to you:

  • You have nasal only snoring
  • You have long facial hair under the chin that prevents adhesion
  • You have metal implants in the head or neck excluding dental fillings
  • You have a pacemaker or known heart rhythm disorders
  • You have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis, epilepsy, seizures, alcoholism, leprosy or cancer near the treatment area
  • You are recovering from surgery near the chin or have scars less than ten months old
  • You are using electronic medical equipment such as TENS, ECG or MRI devices
  • You are pregnant
  • You are under 18

If you are unsure whether Zeus is right for you, please speak with your GP or healthcare provider.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

If you order before midnight between Sunday and Wednesday, your order will be processed and shipped the next day.

Any orders placed between Thursday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders are delivered 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends or UK bank holidays. Read our full shipping policy here.

What shipping do you offer in the UK?

We offer free standard shipping across the UK.

What shipping do you offer internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally to select countries. Due to regulatory restrictions, not all destinations are currently available. If your preferred shipping location does not appear at checkout, please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com and we will be happy to check shipping options for you. 

At the moment, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are not included at checkout and will need to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. 

We are actively working towards offering upfront payment of these fees at checkout to provide an even smoother delivery experience in the future.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

At present, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid basis. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included at checkout and will be payable to the carrier upon delivery. We are actively working to introduce upfront payment of these fees at checkout, enabling a smoother and more transparent delivery experience in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All Zeus orders are fully tracked. You’ll receive tracking notifications via email to keep you updated throughout your parcel’s journey.

What happens if I am unavailable for delivery?

If you're not home, we will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or make up to three delivery attempts. You can also divert your delivery via your courier app (if applicable)

What should I do if my item is delayed, lost or damaged?

Please contact our support team at support@zeussleeps.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll work quickly with the courier to resolve it.

Can I return my Zeus?

Yes. You can return your Zeus under either our 1 year warranty (for faulty or damaged products) or our  60 night satisfaction guarantee  (if you change your mind).You can view our guarantee policy here and our warranty policy here.

What is your 60 night satisfaction guarantee?

If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your Zeus for a full refund on the device and any unopened hydrogel pad packs within 60 nights of receiving your order. 

 

What does the 1 year warranty cover? 

The 1 year warranty applies to faulty or damaged purchases caused by regular use during the first year following the shipment of the order. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. It is automatically valid for a year from the date your order is shipped. If you change your mind, are not satisfied, or no longer want the product, please return your device under our 60 night guarantee policy.

Can I return my Zeus if it was a gift?

Yes. However, you will need to know the order number. Please note that any refunds will go back to the original payment method, we cannot issue credit notes or gift cards.

Can I return used hydrogel pads? 

No. Opened packets of hydrogel pads are non-refundable. The value of any unopened packets of hydrogel pads can be refunded to the original payment method.

What refund will I receive? 

You will be refunded £220 for the Zeus device in addition to the value paid for any unopened packets of hydrogel pads. Original shipping costs and any associated duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
