UK shipping policy 

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
  • If you order before midnight between Sunday and Wednesday, your order will be processed and shipped the next day. 
  • Any orders placed between Thursday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday.  
  • Orders are delivered between Monday and Saturday.
  • Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends or UK bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this is the case, we will let you know.

We offer free UK shipping on subscriptions and orders over £50.
For orders under £50, standard UK shipping costs £2.50.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, we will inform you if your delivery is likely to be impacted.

International shipping rates 
We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all international orders. This means that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total, so you will not need to pay any additional charges when your order arrives. 
Please note that duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are outside of our control. 
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. 
This ensures a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience for our international customers. 
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service for complete visibility of your parcel's journey. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 
For your security, please note that the shipment confirmation emails will only be sent from marketing@zeussleeps.com. If you receive a message from any other email address, please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com with your order number and details.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
