  • Zeus uses gentle electrical stimulation under the chin to keep your airways open by activating the tongue and throat muscles — all while you sleep.

  • Zeus is designed specifically for people who experience tongue-based or throat-based snoring. If your snoring is caused by your tongue or throat relaxing during sleep, Zeus may help.

    Zeus is not effective for snoring caused by blocked nasal passages, allergies, or congestion.

  • Tongue-based snoring often occurs when the tongue relaxes too much, especially when sleeping on your back. People with a larger tongue may be more prone.

    Throat-based snoring can happen in any sleeping position and may cause loud snoring, frequent awakenings, or waking up with a dry mouth.

    If you're unsure what type of snorer you are, you can take an interactive snore test or speak to your GP for advice.

  • Yes. Zeus is lightweight, unobtrusive, and uses skin-friendly hydrogel pads designed for comfort and flexibility.

  • Yes. Each Zeus device comes with 30 hydrogel pads. Pads are designed for single-use and additional packs are available for a one-time purchase or by subscription.

  • Unlike other products, Zeus directly targets the root cause of snoring — the tongue muscle — with gentle stimulation. It's easy to use, comfortable, and proven to work.

  • We are on schedule to publish our third successful clinical trial in 2025 which confirms that our Zeus device effectively lowers AHI levels (this is a measure used to determine the severity of OSA by quantifying the number of apnoeas (pauses in breath) and hypopnoeas (decreased airflow) that occur during sleep) in some Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) patients.

    Zeus is patent protected to improve mild to moderate OSA symptoms although Zeus is currently not classified to treat OSA.

  • Zeus is designed to help with snoring caused by the tongue or throat. However, it’s not suitable for everyone. You should not use Zeus if any of the following apply to you:

    • You suffer from nasal snoring (Zeus is only effective for tongue/throat snoring).
    • You have long facial hair under the chin (short stubble is fine, but longer beards may prevent proper adhesion).
    • You have metal implants in the head or neck (this does not include dental fillings).
    • You have a pacemaker or suffer from heart arrhythmias.

    You have been diagnosed with any of the following:

    • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

    • Cancer, particularly near where the device would be applied.

    • Epilepsy, seizures, alcoholism, or leprosy.

    You are recovering from surgery, especially near the chin area (do not use over scars for at least 10 months after surgery).

    You are using other medical devices such as:

    • TENS machines.

    • ECGs.

    • MRI scanners.

    • Other electronic diagnostic tools.

    • You are pregnant.

    • You are under 18 years old.

    If you're unsure whether Zeus is right for you, we recommend speaking with your GP or healthcare provider before use.

Shipping FAQs

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  

    If you order before midnight between Sunday and Wednesday, your order will be processed and shipped the next day.  

    Any orders placed between Thursday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday.   

    Orders are delivered 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. 

    Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends or UK bank holidays. 

    Please note pre-orders will be shipped from mid June 2025 and you will receive an email notification when your Zeus is on the way!

  • UK deliveries typically take 2–3 days once dispatched. International delivery times vary depending on location.


  • Yes! All Zeus orders are fully tracked. You’ll receive tracking notifications via email to keep you updated throughout your parcel’s journey.


  • If you're not home, Evri will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or make up to three delivery attempts. You can also divert your delivery to a ParcelShop or Locker via the Evri app.


  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@zeussleeps.com with your order number and new address.
    Alternatively, you can redirect your parcel to an Evri ParcelShop or Locker up to 15 minutes before home delivery via the Evri app.

    If your parcel has not left our warehouse you can cancel your order by emailing us at support@zeussleeps.com.


  • Please contact our support team at support@zeussleeps.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll work quickly with Evri to resolve it.


  • We offer free standard shipping across the UK.

  • Yes. We ship to the following countries: 

    EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. 

    Rest of world: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Arab Emirates. 

    If your preferred shipping location is not yet available please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com and we will work with you to resolve this. Zeus is not currently available for shipping to the United States.  

    At the moment, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are not included at checkout and will need to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

    We are actively working towards offering upfront payment of these fees at checkout to provide an even smoother delivery experience in the future.

  • Yes. You can return your Zeus under either our 1-Year warranty (for faulty or damaged products) or our 90-day satisfaction guarantee (if you change your mind).

  • Yes. However, you will need to know the order number. Please note that any refunds will go back to the original payment method, we cannot issue credit notes or gift cards.

  • If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your Zeus for a full refund on the device and any unopened hydrogel pad packs within 90 days of receiving your order.


  • Email us at support@zeussleeps.com with your order number, reason for return, and preferred return method (for UK customers). We'll provide instructions and return options.

  • Yes. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund. If you are based in the UK, you can return the device through courier collection (£3.90) or ParcelShop or locker return (£3.30). If you are outside of the UK, we will arrange the most cost and time-effective return method.

  • You will be refunded £220 for the Zeus device in addition to the value paid for any unopened packets of hydrogel pads. Original shipping costs and any associated duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning under the 1 year warranty, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be inspected once we have received it. If the fault or damage is confirmed, the following timelines apply:

    • Refund: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Replacement: If you are based in the UK please allow up to 5 business days for your replacement to be delivered. If you are based outside of the UK, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
    • Repair: We will inform you of the estimated timeframe and will do our best to return it to you as quickly as possible.
    • If you are returning under the 90 day satisfaction guarantee, please allow up to 10 working days for your return request to be processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • No. Opened packets of hydrogel pads are non-refundable. The value of any unopened packets of hydrogel pads can be refunded to the original payment method.

    • The 1 year warranty applies to faulty or damaged purchases caused by regular use during the first year following the shipment of the order. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. It is automatically valid for a year from the date your order is shipped. If you change your mind, are not satisfied, or no longer want the product, please return your device under our 90 day guarantee policy.
  • If you believe your purchase is faulty or damaged, please email support@zeussleeps.com with your order number, a detailed description of the fault or damage and photos or videos showing the issue (if possible). If the item is confirmed faulty and we are unable to resolve it remotely, we will ask you to send it back to us free of charge.
