Why can I only feel Zeus on one side?

Feeling Stimulation on One Side Only

If you can only feel stimulation on one side of your Zeus, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Test the device

1. Apply a hydrogel pad to Zeus as normal.

2. Place the device on the underside of your forearm.

3. Press firmly on both wings of the device.

If you begin to feel stimulation on both sides during this test, the device is working correctly. In this case, please double check that the hydrogel pad has been applied correctly when using Zeus under your chin, as pad placement can affect how the stimulation feels.

Step 2: Check the electrodes

If stimulation remains one sided:

1. Remove the hydrogel pad.

2. Inspect the underside of your Zeus device.

3. Look for any visible damage or discolouration on the electrodes.

Step 3: Contact support

If you notice damage to the electrodes, or if you still only feel stimulation on one side after testing, please contact our support team.
