60 day guarantee return policy 

 

At Zeus, refreshed sleep is our priority. That’s why we offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund of the device price within 60 days of receiving your order. 

We will ask you to explain the reason for returning your Zeus to help us improve our product in the future.

Eligibility for returns 

You are eligible to return your device if: 

  • The return request is made within 60 days of the delivery date. 

  • You simply change your mind, are not satisfied, or no longer want the product. 

This policy does not apply to faulty or damaged goods, which are covered separately under our 1 year warranty policy. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund details 

If you choose to return your device under the 60-day guarantee: 

  • You will receive a refund for the device (up to £220, depending on the price paid) 

  • You will receive a refund for any unopened hydrogel pad packets 

  • Opened packets are non-refundable 

All refunds will be issued at the price paid, taking into account any discounts or promotional offers applied at checkout. Refunds for hydrogel pads will also be calculated based on the original purchase type (e.g. monthly subscription, quarterly subscription, or one-off purchase). 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please:

  • Your order number 

  • Reason for the return 

If you are based in the UK: 

  • We will provide you with a link to arrange the return through Royal Mail using one of the following methods: 

  • Collect from me: Book a collection from your doorstep, office, or safeplace. 

  • Drop off your item: Drop off at a Parcel Postbox, Postbox, Locker, Parcelshop (Collect+ or Post Office) or Delivery Office. 

Please make sure your Zeus device has been thoroughly cleaned, with no remaining residue on its underside. For proper cleaning guidance, refer to the user manual. 

Once dropped off or collected, you can track your parcel’s progress using the tracking number or the barcode on your receipt. Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to be returned to us. 

If you are based outside of the UK, please return your parcel to the below address using your preferred shipping provider. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Inside the parcel, please include a note with your name and order number so we can process your return as quickly as possible.  

Customs Guidance: 

  • Description: Returned Goods – UK origin – Return to seller 

  • Reason for export: Unwanted item – returning to seller 

  • Include the original order/invoice number 

  • Declare the original purchase value 

Properly declaring the parcel as returned goods helps avoid UK import duty or VAT. 

Please note: If customs charges or import duties are incurred due to incorrect declaration, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • When we receive your return we will let you know. Please allow up to 10 working days for your return request to be processed. 

  • You will receive email confirmation that your return has been processed and will be refunded up to £220 (depending on the price paid) for the Zeus device in addition to the value paid for any unopened packets of hydrogel pads. We are not able to provide a refund for any opened hydrogel pads. Refund values may vary dependent on any discounts applied originally at checkout. 

  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. 

  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was processed, please contact us at support@zeussleeps.com.
